One of my January Goals, which I hope turns into a year long project, is to use at least 5 recipes a month out of my Crazy Plates cook book. Many years ago when I lived a much healthier, physically mind you, lifestyle of eating well and exercising often, I lived and breathed by this book. I thought it would be fun to revisit old recipes and memories, on my quest to shed the pounds.
